well, your TV refresh rate is set to 60Hz, but you are watching movies with 23.976Hz - it doesn't fit perfectly so you will always get judder. Have you configured refresh rate changer as described here http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...figuration/11_General/21_Dynamic_Refresh_Rate ?
have you also read this http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/16_Support/2._FAQ/Stuttering_Playback ?

Hi I have looked at both of these. As I said I had perfect playback for months and months watching hundreds of different video files and never had this issue??

It might be a plugin causing the the stutters - try disabling any third-party plugins one-by-one...

I remember suffering stutter in the past. Deleting all my database (MovingPicture,MvCentral,TVseries etc.) did the trick.

Thanks for all the help. It turned out to be a plugin. I updated all
My plugins and removed any I don't need and now I'm sweet.

However I have a strange thing now where it takes forever to come off of pause?????

what LAV version do you have?
i have seen same behavior on some videos with LAV v52+

I just updated lav, so if 5.2 is the latest, that's what I'm running.
