1.38 Subcentral not retrieving subtitles due to translation problem (4 Viewers)

I'm having a strange issue with Subcentral & Subtitle Downloader. Everytime I try to download subtitles the list come out empty. I'm using MP in english, every language setting is tuned to that language, Subcentral included. Logs return me some kind of error involving missing translation files, I just can't wrap my head around it. Anybody for a little help? I'm including my latest log.

Before you make me notice: I know the program couldn't find eng.xml as a language file and reverted to English (US): I tried setting up that as general language for MP and everything else, but nothing changed. I reverted to English just because of habit.

Can you give me a detailed step by step guide to reproduce this problem?
Then I may be able to help find the root-cause.
Disclaimer: I don't use subcentral myself, so I do need those steps explained in a concise way

Very simple: I download Subcentral (and, subsequently, Subtitles Downloader) from the extension manager. I configure it leaving basically all the options at default (I simply tell the program to retrieve subtitles in the English language), I start MediaPortal.
I use MovingPictures plugin to see movies and MP-TVSeries for Tv Series. Asking from the context menu Subcentral to retrieve subtitles, the program start working but always come up with an empty list.
Feel free to take a peek at the log I attached in my last message to try to understand what the error might be.
I understand from other forum entries that now OpenSubtitles need authentication to work, but I really don't know where to enter my account details in MP.
That's pretty much everything, tell me if you need to know anything more specific. And thanks for your time, of course.
Oh, by the way: the plugin stopped working for me almost a year and a half ago. Before that it worked like a charm.

that really sounds like an authorization issue. do you already have an OpenSubtitlesConfiguration.xml in the programfiles\tean mediaportal\subtitledownloaders folder? there you can fill in your credentials. I'm sure it is documented somewhere...
