New Version for Italiansubs.net
Fixed Bug for series "Dexter"
Now retrieving all the versions of subtitles (like 720p, DVDrip, Bluray)

Hope that didn't indroduce new bugs

Great... but I tried again with Dexter and it finds a list of subtitles 720p (first 2, then 4) and normal version (4) and when click one of them nothing happens....

Tonight I'll try another serial..

EDIT: With Fringe always the same list (2 720p, normal etc) but it downloads the subtitle.. Anyway works!

EDIT: Nothing to do.. With House.S07E10.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION finds the right list (one 720p, one normal and one web-dl subtitles) but when click one of them nothing happens. The second search the 720p subtitile became two.. but when click one of them nothing happens

For my Balkan buddies (and Slovenian ), here is titlovi.com SubtitleDownloader provider for usage in SubCentral

It's a very nice site with huge database and support for subtitles in:

• Croatian
• Serbian
• Slovenian
• Bosnian
• Macedonian
• English

I've been doing some testings for TV Shows and it's working quite nicely. It will be my provider of choice from now on

I have a quick look at the problem. It might be a naming problem, because in the seires list of italiansubs it's "Grey's Anatomy" but the subtitle is named "Grays Anatomy". I have some exams next week, so I will take a closer look at the end of this month. Be patient

I have 2 good news:

1) I have fixed the problem you where having (hoping that I haven't introduced new bugs ).
2) The new version of the plug-in SubCentral ( v1.0 ?) will contain also mine implementations of the SubtitleDownloader interface.

Just to let you know:
The ItalianSubs.net is a little slow, because of the site policy of packing many episodes (entire seasons) in a single zip file.
Another problem is that you will see multiple entry of the same subtitle; this is also a ItalianSubs.net problem; in fact there are multiple copies of the same subtitle in different places (an typical example is: one copy in the zip of the entire season and then another saved in a separated file).
Making that faster and try to eliminate the copies is on my TODO list, but I have some other programs to finish before, so stay patient

Hi Seco,

It has come to my attention that this plugin is not really "API Friendly" for the sites providing those.
It executes calls, that can be cached very easy since they provide data that never change. By caching it, you would improve the speed of the addon ánd decrease the strain you put on the subtitle site's so it is a win-win situation.

For example, you are using Bierdopje's "FindShowByName" call to obtain the show id.
This ID is "fixed" and never changes, so if you would cache this (e.g. in an sqlite database?) it would eliminate a lot of API calls and improving the general performance.

I think the subtitle sites can appreciate this, just like the endusers.
