For opensubtitles you can download 5 subtitles per 24h (didn't test that to be honest) and if you want more (100 per 24h) you have to create an accound on opensubtitles.

If you install subtitledownloader and check the "OpenSubtitles configuration" box you'll get a OpenSubtitlesConfiguration.xml in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\SubtitleDownloaders folder.
There you can put your username and password

Thank you very much - this is now doing Great !
    OpenSubtitles are working again :)
I had tried the username and password - but I must have missspelled something....

I have another issue with TvSubtitles where I get the following message:
01-Nov-2022 13:56:50.226 Debug [ Retriever]: Searching site TvSubtitles...
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.552 Debug [ NetUtils]: IsMachineReachable: hostname wdmycloud resolved to 192.168.
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.552 Debug [ NetUtils]: IsMachineReachable: using first resolved address
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.663 Debug [ SubCentralUtils]: FolderErrorInfo for path \\WDMYCLOUD\The Mentalist Season 3: OK
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.663 Debug [ NetUtils]: IsMachineReachable: hostname wdmycloud resolved to 192.168.
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.697 Debug [ SubCentralUtils]: FolderErrorInfo for path \\WDMYCLOUD\The Mentalist Season 3: OK
    01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.697 Info [ Retriever]: Downloading subtitles...
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.697 Debug [ Retriever]: ...from provider TvSubtitles, subtitle name is 'The Mentalist - 3x01 - Red Sky at Night.HDTV.FQM.en.srt'
01-Nov-2022 13:56:52.805 Error [ SubCentralGUI]: Error while downloading subtitles
System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot determine compressed stream type. Supported Reader Formats: Zip, GZip, BZip2, Tar, Rar, LZip, XZ
    ved SharpCompress.Readers.ReaderFactory.Open(Stream stream, ReaderOptions options)

    ved SubtitleDownloader.Implementations.TVSubtitles.TvSubtitlesDownloader.SaveSubtitle(Subtitle subtitle)
    ved SubCentral.GUI.Retriever.DownloadSubtitleAsync(Object downloadDataObj)

When I try to retreive the file manually from TvSubtitles it is a zip file - so I don't understand why it has this error.

They serve some javascript that makes you wait first...
Fixed it. Anything else before I release?

    Thank you.
No. As far as I remember you have tried to look into the ssl error back in March.

    That is indeed strange.
Yesteday I had a failing ssl issue for podnapisi because the certificate was expired but now that works again.

Sadly I wouldn't know how to further debug/fix this issue since at my end it just works...
If you know your way around wireshark, you might find out at least why it's failing.
At least here's some possibly relevant info: I have libssl-1_1.dll version 1.1.1.0 and libssl-3.dll has version 3.0.0.0 in my mediaportal folder
I have looked more into this - I can see I only have the libssl-1_1.dll in my mediaportal folder.
Where do I find version 3?
