Subtitles. Some are hard (1 Viewer)

Some of my subtitles looks really bad. The OCR obviously can't read it, - and often I can't eiter!

This one looks o.k.

On this channel (DR1) most of the subtitles looks like the first one, - but on another channel (TV2) almost all looks like the second, - which pretty much makes it impossible to use the subtitle.

What have I done wrong???

Btw,- VLC and other programs that show the mpeg/ts file shows the subtitles just perfect! On both channels.
