Suddenly TV goes black (sound OK) (1 Viewer)

Description
This has happened with other versions. I finally got time to fetch logs (meaning TV not in use by anyone else). As this happens randomly logs are no from debug-mode
Using LAV Filters for everything. Default renderer. Pretty sure this also has happened w/MS and/or CyberLink

Steps to Reproduce:
Here is what happened:
1. Watched TV (all OK)
2. Paused TV for a while.
3. Stopped TV
4. Started TV
-- > Sound but no video (black)

Hm.... I'm pretty confident I've seen others report similar behavior...

OK - gonna abuse my position and call for a favor - @tourettes @ronilse

Didn't spot anything obvious from the logs.

I couldn't spot anything either - video data is leaving TsReader.ax at start-of-play (it logs the first few samples), the graph seems to be correct, and evr.log isn't showing anything usual. Also the buffer counts etc. when you stop TV look OK, so data is flowing to the video decoder.

Oh... Damn... I've had this issue on-and-of for ages.... Normally I need to reboot PC to be sure not get it again.
As it never happens "on demand", I never have debug mode on. You think that would help? If so, I can have it on as default.
