    Hi

I just formated to Win7 & installed MP 1.1 Final, StreamedMP 1.2 & SAF 5.0. All I can saw is wow, some really nice changes, especially the plethora of options in the menu editor, wow so much customisation!

I've always felt that the nonfanart list view could be better, so I will make a quick mockup of what I mean.

Obviously the alignment is not perfect because its just a mockup, but I think you could fit another 2 or 3 items in the list view. The menu arrow would need to move up into the fanart area, because on some screens eg. TV series list view, the icons/text would get in the way of the menu arrow. Also in the fanart view mode the menu arrow is already in the fanart window area, so this would also make the skin more consistent.

Also with 11 items in the list instead of 8, when you use Page UP/DN or CH+/- to scroll through your movies it will jump through 11 movies each time rather than 8 movies, so you can theoretically skip through your movie collection almost 50% faster.

Only reason for the gap, is to allow for longer Series Titles. I know that is not very common but it does save the hassle of the ugly fadelabel. Plus I think it looks a little less busy.

Also the normal user is not going to have so many series/seasons/episodes so you have to consider that as well... I guess there could be a MOD though :)

ltfearme - ahh wondered if that might be the case.

FYI - Just for quick test, I scrolled through 100 movies in moving pictures list view - standard size fonts, 1080P resolution, and only 4 of 100 titles overlapped the list column. In My TV Series (list posters view), only 2 out of 31 series would overlap.
