Don't know about the stickyness, but that atdhe24 is going to be quite a challenge. It's getting it's sources from a lot of different servers, each (probably) with it's own specific rtmp parameters. So, if you don't mind, I'm going to wait 'till this has a couple of +1's

I will put HGTV.com on my TODO list. If someone else gets to coding this site, earlier than me, do let me know. You can use:

Unfortunately wife bought me a Pivos XIOS DS Media Player for my birthday (android XBMC HDMI set-top box). Now time is even more limited

I don't know Python, but I know some other coding like C# or vbs. I'd like to be able to set up these sites on my own, but I just really don't understand where to start.

I've read through a guide a year or so ago, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
