The regular remote is revealed when no media is playing and you press 'Controls'. From the now playing screen it's always possible to change to the normal remote(and then back to now playing screen) by swiping the blue dots above the volume slider.We haven't yet planned to add TRAKT. iViewer has a browser, we e.g. use if for IMDB.
