Yeah, I sneaked in subtitle support a while ago... The subtitle format on TV4Play is smil which is a bit tricky, lots of different attributes and tags allowed. If you notice some strange formatting in the converted srt subtitles please tell me about it.
You might want to try to create groups in OLV settings, there you can chose the channels to be shown in the top level. http://code.google.com/p/mp-onlinevideos2/wiki/Introduction#Configuration
But you are using Microsoft codec:

Thanks for clarifying, this was what I was trying to say in my rambling above ...Automatic Decoder Settings should be unchecked -> when checked it will let the Windows System figure out what codec to use, instead of preferring the selected ones in MP Config (which looks like what is happening here).
