I have a problem with HD channels. The HD works only after restart of the tv server service. So, First I need to stop the service the start and run tv on HD channel. After this the HD channel works fine I can switch to any other HD channels without problems but when I switch to SD channel and try to back to HD ll goes wrong. I have black screen and no audio. But the server says that the HD channel is timeshifting. I need to restart the tv service and the HD channel works fine until switch to SD.
    Can someone have any ideas?
Please ask if you need more info (logs or any other informations)

Any eta on resolution of this issue gemx???

It's a little weird in that an initial install (or reinstall) on my machine works perfectly. I'm not sure what triggers this problem to start, a simple reboot or something but when you've got it it's there to stay.

    I tried this :

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...oblems-switching-hd-sd-latest-snapshot-42020/

    but it had no effect.

Also it appears to be impacting the aspect ratio in that it's providing a 4:3 format regardless of what the settings are set to rather than the expected 16:9.

    Hi!

I had the same problem - for me it was a matter of codecs. I tried every possible combination and the only one working is: MPEG2/Audio ffdshow and H.264 Cyberlink. With this, switching between all channels works perfectly. I know that this should not be the final solution, but perhaps for the time being.

    Baldur.
