Is anyone working on a process/plugin to keep all client databases syncrohnised. I was thinking of writing something that would store all the info in the TVE3 SQL database and then the clients would get updates from that instead of each client updating from the internet all the time.
The way I was thinking was, One client would be the control/master which is where the SQL DB would get it's info from and periodically other clients would query the SQL DB and update accordingly if changes are detected. The SQL DB would also store the actual coverart as well so the DB could be backed and easily and clients DB's restored quickly during upgrades/rebuilds.
Any thoughts on this please???
