System.IO.FileNotFoundException: ... SharpDX.Direct3D9 (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a problem, setting up mp2.

My system:

Windows 7 x64
AMD APU
I installed these components listed here: http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/2_MEDIAPORTAL_2/1_Getting_Started/2_Installing_MediaPortal_2
Media Portal 2 Anniversary Edition 2.0.0.1404

What I've done:
- installed plugin SlimTV Native TV
- renamed file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Client\Plugins\SlimTv.Client\Skin\default\themes\default\styles\SlimTvStyles.xaml to SlimTvStyles.xaml1 because MP2 wouldn't launch with it - don't know, if this is the right thing to do
The problem:
When I try to start TV I get the error, you can see in the attached logs.

I'm afraid you have mixed up versions that are incompatible (there is also 10th AE Update1).

Easiest way is to use the installer from this thread: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/mediaportal-2-weekly-snapshot-2015-04-03.130280/ which comes with inbuilt TV support (mutiple versions, if you are unsure take the stable TVE 3.0 build!)

Downloaded and installed the version, you mentioned - until now, I can start TV-Plugin (now I'm scanning for tuners), don't have to rename a file or another thing

Seems to be the answer to my question! I should have found your Thread before experimenting...
