Tab order messy (1 Viewer)

Though in no way critical or important thought I'd just log this for the record.

Initial Setup Database dialog - tab order all messed up. Tabs from

Login
Password
Database type radio set
Save
Test
Hostname

Should be
Database type radio set
Hostname
Login
Password
Test
Save

Also, on first starting the TVServer control panel the small bitmaps/icons are missing from list controls.
