[confirm] Taskbar is not always hidden under Windows 8 (1 Viewer)

Even I have enabled following settings the Windows Taskbar is coming up after a while in fullscreen mode (see screenshot):
General --> Startup/Resume:

• Keep MediaPortal always on top
• Hide taskbar in fullscreen mode

Minimizing and restoring MediaPortal 1.3.0 Beta hides the taskbar for a while.
Didn't have this issue with Windows 7.

Hi,
I can confirm the same too. After a reboot it's better but it seems something trigger to appear taskbar, it didn't happen each time for me.
It seems starting MP from a shortcut in metro (not starting MP from normal desktop) looks better, can you try ?

My experience is that the shortcut location (normal or Metro desktop) doesn't make any difference.
It happens on every Windows restart after a few minutes and stays there until you minimize and restore the MediaPortal window. Apparantly it doesn't happen after resuming from hibernate/standby.
I disabled any icons and notifications of the Window taskbar but it still appears.

I have this problem with 1.3.0 final, too. A fix would be appreciated.
