Hi, I just upgraded to MP 1.5 and I lost the CI support for my 5980, do I have to wait for new drivers?
I knew I had to wait before upgrading ;)
regards

TBS CI Patch für Media Portal 1.5 Pre Release

How to install:
1. Stop Media Portal (if it is running)
2. Stop windows service "TvService" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_service)
3. Make a backup of TVLibrary.dll and TVLibrary.Interfaces.dll (located in "Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server" folder)
4. copy the 3 files from the ZIP file to the "Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server" folder
5. copy the TVLibrary.Interfaces.dll also to the "Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal" folder
6. Start the windows service "TVService".

This Patch also includes FreakyJ extension to support more TBS-CI cards: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ther-improvements.103276/page-37#post-1017094
And also the improvements on the CI-Menu also from FreakyJ https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...ther-improvements.103276/page-37#post-1017094

Hey, didn't see this, everythings work with MP 1.5 for me, thanks!

    @doctor64
    I just had contact with TBS and they told me that the updating process is a bit slow because it is a OEM version of DvbViewer.
    Could you replace the tbsciapi.dll in the TbsViewer diretory with this version:
    http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/document/common/tbs-cidll_v1.0.1.2.zip
    and give it a test? That would be really kind, because for most people it is pretty hard to get on Cyrillic cams :D

    @FreakyJ
    I test TBSView with provided DLL.
    CI/CAM menu still does not support cyrillic, but Radio channels now working. At least partially.
    If radio channel selected as default, during start of TBSViewer, it is played successfully. If i try to switch to different radio channel, i got black screen and no sound, also, TBSViewer can't exit - when i select Exit from menu, i got "waiting" mouse cursor, and after some waiting windows display window "Application not respond"
    Is it possible to add fixes to MP? :)

    PS: Old DLL works also - so, radio in TBSViewer works if radio channel selected during startup, channel switching to different radio channel does not work

    Sorry, English is not my native language.
    I mean what if TBSViewer can play radio stream from my cable provider, possible TBS can give some information about how such stream should be processed, and, using this information, it is possible to add support for such radio streams in MediaPortal.
    Just wishful thinking :)

    Sorry for misunderstanding
