I have one problem with MediaPortal.

When my HTPC had resumed from S3 state, and I try to watch TV - error is occurred - "Unable to connect MPG2 pin". After restarting MediaPortal I can watch TV without problems. I have tested it with scrambled and free to air channels, with and without CAM module, in full screen and windowed mode with same results.

Now I see only one difference in TV initialization process on MP start and S3 resume: in vmr9.log vmr9:InitializeDevice() call exists on MP start and does not exists on S3 resume.

I’m a software developer and I can to compile MediaPortal and test it on my hardware. Any suggestion will be useful.

    Hi,

This seems to be a major issue with technotrend cards and the rubbish drivers, I get very often the unable to connect mpg pin and also the unable to creat graph error.

Now I have noticed that if I use PVR-Scheduler and set it to hibernate only I have better luck. I then can standby, wake up and view TV but only once. I will then have to restart the PC if I wish to use standby again

Technotrend have to sort this crap out I am afraid.
