I would also like to see this support of these cards so i tested it out on my TT2.1 DVB-C card and have included all the logs that i have in the hope that anything different or useful can be gathered.

Hi,
After being absent for almost half a year (due to studies and work) I went back to the forum and as I read the sad message about draktheas that I know was working with this functionality before I've decided to spend some time looking into this functionality as I have 2 TT Premium cards.

I had the problems mentioned earlier about COM library. I've not yet got the SVN code to find my TT cards but I just updated an old SVN and that might be the problem.

I will look into it tonight and share my progress in a new thread as soon as there's any.

Was wondering how many ppl amongst the 3072 views hold their breath like me when this thread is kicked to top from time to time

The current status is that autotune finds the channels on the different transponders and that you can tune the channels successfully. But when you try to watch channels in MyTV the channel is all black and nothing is shown :/

I experience the same result when trying to manually build the graph with graphedit. It seems the TTPremiumSource.ax needs to be rewritten to allow it to send the MPEG image properly down the graph. Also sound crashes MediaPortal right now so I've removed that code.

Anyhow it's a small step but a step in the right direction I think.

Hi, this is the first post into this forum, so i want to congratulate for this forum and for all mediaportal project...

I like to try a patch for fry my two premium card:

the first is hauppauge dvb-s nexus 2.1
the second is tecnotrend dvb-s 1.5

but the link to this file: http://mbb-mp.neuf.fr/TTPremiumPatch.zip is broken, there is anyone into this forum that can send it to me, or that can post a new link for download?

This patch is not needed anymore since It's now included in the MP sources.

If your cards are not recognize with the latest MP version, maybe something is broken in the code.

I ordered 2 TT-Budget C-1500 from a german site.
after many delivery problem with DHL I finally received yesterday my packet but with only one TT-Budget C-1500 inside.

Today they send me a mail with this information :

I have send you TODAY a C-2300 PREMIUM Card which is better then the C-1500.
I hope you will like it.

It's finally good news for you because now we are on same boat

If somebody could provide me the sdk for this card.

this is a sat program that use DVB-core.dll for manage dvb-s card, this DVB-core.dll support a lot of card but the best thigs is that support a premium card...

this project is free and open, it is write in c# and in this site there is the source of the project...

DVBcore.dll support md plugin's via mdwrapper.dll ...

I've had some progress and I've got picture and some stuttering sound. Although I can't switch channel because then everything goes black

But shouldn't be that hard to fix the channel switch I guess.

I'll try to figure out some way for you guys to try it out to see if it "works" for you too. But i've changed both the TTPremiumSource and some parts of mediaportal to get it to work. I'll see what I can do.
