Text series widebanners not downloading for me (1 Viewer)

Hi

Using 3.1.1.1864 on new MP 1.21. installaton.

After a fresh database import I noticed text banners were missing, although I have set preferences to dowload them and blank ones. Graphical and blank banners downloaded as expected.

Reproducible on multiple attempts here. Have tried with firewall/av disabled in case they were interfering.

Logs attached from a sample import to a blank database with sample series selected to import.

Anyone else have this, please, or could it be a problem my end?

What are your artwork limits set to? If you have already exceeded your quota then its not going to download any more unless they are higher rated than your existing ones.

I suggest you increase your limits if you have not already done so....there is no setting to prefer a type of banner over another.

I'd set it at 8 for series widebanners as I always like a wide choice when many are available.

If you look at the example series I have tried, none have more than 3 series widebanners in total, yet the text ones don't download.

As as test, I temporarily re-uploaded my text banner for Rutland Weekend Television (the only banner for this series) as a graphical and deleted the text one on the tvdb and it downloaded OK. Put back the right way on tvdb, reset database and import - banner doesn't download.??

Any ideas?

I will have to setup some tests tonight and see if I can reproduce, will let you know as there might be a bug.
