That is definitely one roote cause of my problems. But what about security issues if I do so?

Change the instalation time to 03:00 or 04:00?

I'm sure you could do soemthing with scheduling so even if the PC was asleep it would wake up, install updates, reboot and then go back to sleep. Surely this is possible?
