Time offset in program guide using EPG (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am using EPG using a digital DVB-C card. Using CaiWay cable television in the Netherlands. I get an offset of 9 hours in my program guide.
When I try to setup the "use time zone information from XMLTV File" and compensate the time with 9 hours an update the TV database, the program guide shows the correct times.
But after a few minutes, when EPG updates the database, the programguide shows the programs 9 hours early again.

How can I configure EPG to show the correct times?

try unchecking "use time zone information from XMLTV File"
and them compensate the time with 9 hours.
then clear your tv database, delete the xmltv file and import everything again.

It makes no difference. The programs are still 9 hours early.
