TOP BAR disappears in MP 1.24 pre!! (also in 1.23) (3 Viewers)

Wow!!!....can it be that I'm the only one experiencing this problem?
To recap...when watching TV/Video....Top Bar (which should, appear when cursor moved to top of screen)
cannot be woken/becomes in-accessible/cannot be seen/remains 'out of view'/...etc!!
I can also now add that...clicking around in the space that the Top Bar would normally be, reveals that it is still 'present'
...just cannot be seen/is invisible.
Only reliable way to regain control of screen at this time...is to Ctrl/Alt/Del and use task manager to close MP!!
This isn't happening 100% of time...would estimate perhaps 30%(so more than occasionally!!!)

Doesn’t it help to stop the video [ B ] or return to the previous window [ ESC ]?

I dont use mouse, i use Keyboard or Remote ... Maybe Topbar at me is off at all, I don’t remember.

Hard to tell, there is some tweak for displaying top bar when using madVR and was so not easy to handle, that I wasn't sure want to look into it

This tweak could not break the display of the top bar without using madvr?

With madVR it's needed to display GUI between frame @tourettes can explain more, but he is no more available on forum.
So there is different GUI level and topbar is one.
Topbar seems to works on my side so maybe it's skin engine or maybe if used with madvr, need to select some option.
Still always put logs for reporting bug, it will permit to no ask so many question

...I can't stop the video....because I can't SEE the Top Bar!!!

Yes...using MadVR....pretty much default settings.!

Aaagghhh.....as a mouse user...don't know that shortcut
