I just updated to the newest StreamedMP version. MediaPortal 1.2 alpha and Online Video 0.27.0.0 is installed. The details view in Moving Pictures shows the new "Trailer" button. But clicking it always instantly shows "No video found" (freely translated from the German message I get).
Do I need to change some settings from the Online Video plugin or is it a bug in StreamedMP? Perhaps having something to do with me using the german translation?
The "No video found" message comes so instantly that I don't think that the plugin even searches for the trailer on iTunes.

mswiege can you double check against the log made by OnlineVideos ? it should show whether it searches for the trailer.. also make sure you have updated the iTunes Site within Online Videos and verify that the movie you are searching for can be found using the itunes movie trailer website.

Hi armandp, the log seem to show what the error is.
These are the two lines I get for a search for "Shrek The Third" (which can be found on iTunes if you enter the title yourself):
    Code:
    2010-12-02 22:37:15.657813 [Info.][OnlineVideos(33)]: [OnlineVideos]Searching for #MovingPictures.SelectedMovie.title in all categories
    2010-12-02 22:37:15.658814 [Debug][OnlineVideos(33)]: [OnlineVideos]get webdata from http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/home/scripts/quickfind.php?q=%23MovingPictures.SelectedMovie.title

Looks like the title is not inserted in the query but the name of the variable itself: "#MovingPictures.SelectedMovie.title"

I'm using the 13 hours old r2339. Is the fix really just added after the release of that patch?

Doh, I never realised that was broken in the Alpha :(

I will re-issue a patch which removes functionality until Beta is released.

Ok, new patch has been published which removes this functionality....sorry for your loss!

We will put back this functionality for our v1.5.0 release which will be compatible with MediaPortal 1.2.0 Beta.
