Trailer not working (1 Viewer)

If I click "trailer" in the movies details view, it just opens the Online Video Plugin. I don't think this is the intended behaviour.

Is this a bug in StreamedMP or of the new OnlineVideo Plugin version?

Have you got the IMDB site in your OnlineVideos?

It's designed to work with IMDB site util as that gives almost perfect results everytime, IMDB has many trailers available.

Note: the IMDB Site Util is currently broken as of today, armandp know about this issue and hopes to have a fix by tomorrow.

Check the Site Manager for any updates and when you see one you should be good to go.

IMDb site is working again and re-published - be sure to update your sites in online videos.

I'm not sure where I am going wrong with this setup. I have IMDB selected in the Online videos config, so when I press the trailers but it goes to online videos and I can then go to imdb and seach for the trailer, is this the way it works or should it just automate the process by searching for the movie I select and displaying the trailers for that movie. should I( be setting up the Basic menus to use this ? or online videos? how do I choose the trailer button to always go to imdb and search for the movie listed.

It's suppose to be automated. I have no idea why its not jumping to the correct site util for you.

You should not need to do anything except have OnlineVideos 0.29 with IMDB site plus MediaPortal 1.2 Beta installed. If its not working then please supply a full set of debug logs after attempting to search for trailer from MovingPictures.

I have those files listed installed, so I'll get logs. At the moment it still is just taking me to the online videos program.

EDIT:

Sorry My Bad, I had been doing a lot of setting up some how all the online video sites had removed themselves, restarted and setup my onlinve video sites again and now is working fine.

The trailer button is now working perfectly this is a great Feature!!!

Thanks ltfearme, I didn't know a imdb site existed for online videos. I now enabled it and it works like a charm!

Does the German imdb site have German trailers? If so maybe someone can create a site for that and thenon skin we can make it configurable what site to search on.
