many thanks for the file! I can confirm your problem. It looks like you found a bug in the trakt API

Sending stop scrobble with your access token gives an 500 error. And this is independently from the trakt plugin or the TraktApiSharp lib. Attached a screenshot from postman. With your access token I've got the same error.

What do we now? Will you report the problem at trakt.tv? Or should I do it? As you see in the error message, they need all the data (including your access token which you have send me).

I would be glad, if you could report it Probably you receive some feedback, that can be helpful for you and apart from that I'm not familar with trakt and have my head is not so open for new things ar the moment. Just let me know what you need, I can send all files from my screenshots.

I just received an e-mail form Justin (author of trakt.tv). A fix has been pushed and the issue should be resolved now. Could you please re-test? You don't have to update anything, just play a movie again.

Wow, it's great that we are getting trakt for MP2. Awesome work.

The trakt features i personally use are:
1. Sync watched status
2. Display which movies are already in my collection (I can log into the trakt site to see if I "own" a movie already
3. I create a favourites / watchlist of movies myself or my wife want to watch sometime.

The other useful potential feature from the trakt website is:
4. The url to the trailer video can be used for livestreaming a trailer or downloading a trailer.

Trakt is already available in MP2. The new version is adapted for the user management, has notifications and the code was refactored.

As this was rewritten in the new version, I would be glad about any test feedback. If you're interested, I can provide a version with the latest development state.

hmm.. what's the benefit of this? I can see from within MP2 which movie I already have.

Sure, me too. I thought you were talking about possible MP2 trakt plugin features and not about features available on the trakt.tv site

I'll be finally home tonight and I will install trakt and use it with my real account.
Is there a specific skin I should use? I usually use WMC but to try it I switched to the default one. can I test it also with WMC?

Yes. Only Titanium Extended needs to be adjusted, other skins/themes should be working.

TE should also work, what is missing there? TE should have only deviations in the setup layout.
