Here we go:
Please download the trial version of DVB Stream Explorer professional.

DVBStreamExplorer - MPEG2 / DVB Transport Stream (TS) Analyzer | Download Trial

Install and open the tool on the PC where you have your TV card installed.

When the tool open it will show you a dialog to select a driver.
Select your tv card in that dialog.

When the tuningdetails are requested fill in your frequency and symbol rate (369000 and 6875).

Next go to "PSI/SI/PSIP" / "DVB PSI/SI Scanning" / "SI Tables ..."
Check all possible options there.

Click ok and return to the previous menu, but this time press "Current Mux". Then press start.
IT can take some time for it to finish. When done it should say so and show you a list of services / id's etc.
Please save that as xml (In file menu save).

Nice application, although most of it doesn't mean a thing to me :) Find the results of the scan attached to this post.

Let me know if I need to run more tests, I'll be happy to help.

Thanks that is really helpfull! And all that stuff means a lot to me :) Could you post your MP logging containing the scan with the wrong frequencies?

Edit: I was seeing my own network too. You only have a network called telia.

When looking at the correct output of your file MP should have found all channels. However it would have scanned too many transponders, for which a lot will then give "no signal".

Maybe it's because Cogas is maintaining the cable network here and Ziggo only provides digital services over the network instead of Ziggo also owning the physical network. It took quite some time for the Ziggo customer service to understand and accept that because of that a lot of stuff works different here in Oldenzaal.

Anyhow, I have attached the zipped TSWriter logs of today. I'm assuming that's the one you need.

The reason you do not find all channels is a bug in MP. It does not scan all frequencies that are listed on the network. That whole part of MP is not quite grown up yet. There are more bugs and limitations there, so i will have to see what bugreports i will make.

Thanks for alll your effort!

I'm glad I could be of assistance to perhaps make this product even better. Speaking of which, I've found some limitations/irritations to using the TV Server Configuration application as well. Is it possible for me to file reports about these as well or is this limited to the official test group?
