I have a TwinHan AD-TP300 (3030) DVB-T CI tuner as well, and the CAM module works perfect with that card, with unpatched TVlibraryl. The CI menu partially works with the patched TVlibrary, navigating the menu is unstable as the selected menu item sometimes does not stick. I can provide logs if that would be helpful.
