Tuning to a scambled channel (1 Viewer)

Sometimes there's the need to tune to a scambled channel to receive key updates (for instance with sky italian but I think also with other packages). Unfortunately with tve3 this seems to be not possible, it says "Unable to start timeshifting, scrambled channel". I'm able to do this with mytheatre for instance.... is it possible to do it with tve3 or it can be implemented?
