Hi.
Due to not enough man power available there is no shortcut to the setuptv.exe right now. But you can find the config program in: "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service3\" assuming you are using x64 OS and TVE 3.0. If you are using x86 remove the (x86) from the path and if you are using TVE 3.5 then you need to remove the "3"...
I'm not sure but I hope this can be fixed for the next release expected to be around next weekend...

No. The installer language from .NET really is hard to understand. Adding a shortcut here you need at least a graduate in IT engineering...
Personally I'm not able to do so. And the people who can and are working on this project you can count with one finger, I fear...No. MP is a 32 Bit only app, as it would not give any advantages to run it as x64...
