TV Data -12 hrs (1 Viewer)

Using TVe3 (Rev14699) and got teh following issue:
THe XML file, for examnple, show:

<programme start="200705282200" stop="200705282230" channel="prime" clumpidx="0/1">
<title lang="en">Man s Work</title>
<desc lang="en">Weedy Brit Ashley Hames attempts prove his manliness by working in some of the world s most demanding jobs. In Columbia, he goes on patrol with one of the world s toughest police forces.</desc>
</programme>

which is all correct.

When it gets imported into Tve3 Ive found I need to add a time offset of -12 .... other wise the data stored is exactly 12 hours out....why I dont know, especially when the XML data is fine

With the -12 Correction in place, this then places into SQL Server the following:

StartTime 28/05/2007 10:00:00 p.m.
End time: 28/05/2007 10:30:00 p.m.

whic is correct

So why the -12? Any ideas. I guess its working, but its certainly not as expected. NZ certainly isnt GMT -12 either

THe server TVe3 is ruuning is GMT +12 and has the time set right

PS. Could it be because the XML File that gets generated doesn't have Timezone info in it?
