TV does not work after standby (1 Viewer)

While watching TV and going into standby - waking the PC up again I get an error message if I want to watch TV again. This happens every time after going into standby. That does not happen if the PC wakes up from hibernation. Waking up from standby was working some time ago, but I don't remember when as I normally use hibernation.
