TV Playback not working (1 Viewer)

I have recently installed Win7 as a new install on the same box that has an old XP SP3 install. MP works fine on XP install but on Win7 the TV playback isn't working. If I view current or recorded TV (MP is recording fine) in MP I see about 2 seconds then MP freezes. I can playback the recorded TV in Windows Media Player 12 OK.

I am using Client/Server on this one box. CPU isn't spiking and Memory seems OK. I think I've got the latest drivers for everything.

Any suggestions?

hi, I'm new in Media portal .

I want to develope a software that can watch a TV channels and record more than one channel at the same moment.
