TV Problem (1 Viewer)

Hello, i'm from germany.
I've downloaded this programm to look TV on my PC.

But it doesn't work.
I already used the setup wizard, the programm found my tv card and the local tv stations in NRW (ISH)
Then I selected " My Tv" and now the prgram wants an IP-Adress from the Master TV-Server.
I don't know what to do now..I only want to look TV with my analoug cable TV...
Can somebody help me please??
