tv recordings still appear if deleted from outside mp (1 Viewer)

I have started using tve3 in the past days and have notice a small things, dont know if its a bug or my setup...

when u have some recordings and you delete one of them from outside mediaportal (using windows) the recording still appears in the "tv recordings" section. the clean command available is not usefull as i dont want to delete all recordings.

is it my setup?

how can i delete them so they dont appear in "recorded tv" ?

Since the DB does contain more info then just the filename it is recommended to manage your recordings from within MP.

However - the recording importer of newer TVE3's configuration app has a button to remove no longer available files. You will be prompted before each action therefore it's pretty safe to use it.

thats great then.

however, i dont want to change my tv server setup right now that its working. but probably will try new release soon.

so in the new tv server there is an option within mediaportal to delete individual recordings,right? and fix not existant recording files?
