My TV-Series only shows 4 episodes of the Series "Ein Herz und eine Seele". Theses 4 episodes are highlighted in blue by the tv-series configuration. But all in all I have 10 episodes. The other episodes are not highlighted in blue. E.g. see the attached first pictures: there I have marked the episode "Silberne Hochzeit". This one is not highlighted in blue by the config and this episode isn't listed in the My tv-series plugin. And now see the attached second pictures: there I have marked the episode "Urlaubsvorbereitung". This one is highlighted in blue by the config and this episode is listed in the My tv-series plugin.
Can someone help?

    Hi.
Normally this happened when a file isn't available e. G. if an external HDD isn't attached or the network path is not valid....
Try to remove the series from Database and do a reimport. If all files are readable then all 10 episodes should appear in "blue".

Watched episodes will not show in GUI if the 'Unwatched' filter is active.

You can check the context menu when in the tvseries gui (f9 or info on remote) the select filters. Also check the 'view' that could also be set in-correctly.

It can also be that only 4 episodes had a filename that was parsable by the import expressions and that the rest was unable to find a match.

Run the import wizard inside configuration, and see if there are any files that need some manual adjustment to be 'found'. If the files do not show then it could be as simple that they have a file extension that MediaPortal is not configured for (add it to the list of supported extensions then). In worst case the problem lies with the title/filename, in which case you will have to either adjust/rename the files or add new parsing expressions that will recognize the other files.

PS: These would be the light grey 'not found' episodes, and this would only show if you have the setting enabled to get the entire show/season information and not just the info for the episodes you actually have.
