Description
I'm reporting a long term bug where if a TV station specifies the title of an episode with a different case, like "Smith and Jones" where the rest of the episodes are "Smith And Jones", MP client Recorded TV shows the episode in the series folder as well as separately by itself in the list. A few times it has led to someone deleting the stray episode as it was included in the folder, but this deletes it from the folder also.

This sounds like the bug that has already been fixed in MP 1.18.

Note that the single episode in the list is not also included in the folder, so when the single episode is deleted by mistake, there is no corresponding deletion of the item in the folder (because it does not exist in the folder).

Try MP 1.18 and see if it fixes your problem.
