[QUOTE="ferroz3, post: 339015, member: 65948"] Hi, I experience a similar problem regarding the standby with my FloppyDTV card. I started a thread about this in the Mediaportal 1 section, but now I realise that it should be in this section of the forum instead. This is from my other thread: **************************** TV-Server Version: RC3 MediaPortal Version: RC3 MediaPortal Skin: Indigo 2.2 Windows Version: Vista 32-bit, SP1 CPU Type: Intel E2160 HDD: Samsung 500GB Memory: 2 gb Motherboard: Asus P5E-VM HDMI Video Card: Intel G35 Video Card Driver: Sound Card: Realtek Sound Card AC3: Sound Card Driver: 1. TV Card: FloppyDTV 1. TV Card Type: DVB-T 1. TV Card Driver: 4.8.0.0 2. TV Card: Hauppague HVR-1300 2. TV Card Type: DVB-T 2. TV Card Driver: 2.122.26109.0 3. TV Card: 3. TV Card Type: 3. TV Card Driver: 4. TV Card: 4. TV Card Type: 4. TV Card Driver: MPEG2 Video Codec: Microsoft MPEG-2 Video Decoder MPEG2 Audio Codec: Microsoft MPEG-1/DD Audio decoder h.264 Video Codec: Satelite/CableTV Provider: HTPC Case: Cooling: Power Supply: Remote: TV: Panasonic PX70 TV - HTPC Connection: HDMI Hi, I have used MediaPortal since 0.2.3.0 up to my current installation of RC3. Lately I have been very pleased with the performance of my HTPC. Now I only have one problem that has haunted me since the beginning: I use Swedish Boxer as my TV provider, where my FloppyDTV is used for all channels (incl scrambled) and my HVR-1300 for the FTA channels. Sometimes after wakeup from standby, MediaPortal can not show any of my scrambled channels. Most often when this happens i get the "an unknown error has occurred", but sometimes "can not start timeshift" or "no free tv-card available" (translated on the top of my head from Swedish). I can not view any of the channels that are assigned to my FloppyDTV card, not scrambles nor FTA channels. Thus I have located the problem to the FloppyDTV card which does not work at all in MediaPortal when this happens. If I start up FireDTV Viewer all channels work just fine, so it has to be some problem within MediaPortal/TV-server. The CAM limit is set to "0", but I have tried other values with the same problem. When this problem has occurred, I always get the "unknown error" when I try to preview a channel assigned to the FloppyDTV in TV-server config. A restart of the TV-service usually solves the problem. But also if I just change the priority of the TV-cards back and forth, then try the preview again. This is a very annoying problem that usually occurs once or twice a week, and makes me unable to completely trust my HTPC in waking up and recording my scheduled shows. I have attached logs where the latest occurrences shown are when I try to view a scrambled channel (Kanal 5) and get the "unknown error" message. I really hope that someone can help me with this problem.
