i got rid of this a while ago by selecting allow card to preload on the properties page for one of my analog tuners (hybrid card), i think it was because the 2 dvb-t tuners were in use and disabled preload on one of the other dvb-t tuners

Hey cthibs, Winfast is also listed in my 'Device Manager' under the Sound heading but what I think is wrong with my setup is in 'Device Manager' the actual TV Card (PxDVR3200 H) isnt listed anywhere, not even under a heading like "Capture Device" or "Tuner Device", is your actual card listed under a heading like any of these two?

My card is only listed like "sound", nothing else... I'm agree with you, it's strange but my card (PxDVR3200 H) works fine in my PC with this configuration, so I don't think it is an issue.

i just cant work out why my card isnt fully working properly hey! incase it was a problem with MP 1.0.2 last night I installed MP 1.1.0 & the same error occurred. Since your installed card looks like mine does in Device Manager it makes me think this now has something to do with Windows..

cthibs... What OS are you running MP on? I'm using Windows XP SP3. Mine's not up to date, is yours?

Could you give us some screenshots of your TVServer configuration, especially for tuner group, for a channel configuration and for channel mapping?
I will make some screenshots too, and we will compare...

With hybrid cards, MP TVserver thinks to have 2 tuners (analog and DVB-T), sometimes (with a bad configuration) he try to use them in the same time and there are conflicts. That's why we need to configure a single group with the 2 tuners...

Could you try to disable the dvbT card : uncheck the left checkbox in the first screenshot ?

hey cthibs! i did what u suggested & unticked the DVB T card, went into 'tv channels' & pressed preview.. bummed out man.... the preview error popped up.

Anythin' else that u can think of that u can see thats different? Can u upload some screenshots from your Tv Server Config?

I forget my USB key with sreenshots at home, I will upload them tomorrow...
But I compare your configuration with mine and we have the same... Except for the country : I have "The Netherland" but I don't think it is the issue...
So I have no more idea, sorry, it's really strange that it works with me but not with you... if someone else have an idea...
