TV Server Constantly Crashes Whilst Scanning (1 Viewer)

I've tried using a number of TV Server SVN's dating a month back and all give me the same Microsoft SetupTV.exe error halfway through a scan. I've attached logs, any idea what on earth is wrong?

I've tried using MySQL & MS SQl Server...

I found that TVServer crashed everytime it scanned the 411000 frequency. Now I've got all the channels and everything is working other than MediaPortal crashing everytime I try to view a scrambled channel...
