TV server do not work after xp restart (1 Viewer)

TV server ask if i want to start Tvservice.exe but its already started and YES it restart and activate SQL but nothing happens. MS SQL server and SQL browser is running as well as tv service (automatic), I have tried to restart several times finaly after 10 mints it say "unabel to connect to 192.168.9.134"
Yesterday I restart about 10 times everything and after 2 hours of trial and error it was up and running, today after xp restart it same story again. I have no idea what to do...

Hi again. When i say Yes to " The Tvservice is not started... do you want.." (it is started for sure..)

if I stop Tvservice.exe before Setuptv.exe there is no difference it will not work and it chrash...

after another 2 xp restarts, tv server works again! what in f..k is it? now I will "never" restart again

check to make sure you dont have any issues with your TV card drivers. I know if you setup TVServer with a video card and the TV card is not available when the service starts, it will crash. Check device manager status of the TV card before you try to start the TVServer service. If all else fails, stop the TVserver service, use the Sql Server Express management tool to delete the TVserver database, then restart the TVServer service. ****You will loose all of your settings though**** It should rebuild the database, and startup ok.
