Tv server doesnt work (1 Viewer)

i ust installed the newsest version of mp and tv server. when i try preview a channel in the config manager i get a dialog that says PreviewFailed:unknownError and the log file is attached. Thansk for any help.

    Hi,

    You should use the log collector to provide full logs.

    Is this a single seat setup or multiple seat?

    Are you really still using MP 0.2.3 ? If so, you should update to the latest version (1.0.1).

    What sort of TV cards are you using? Do they show up in TV server config? Do they tune okay?

    If you provide this info, there's a good chance that someone will be able to help.

    Hi. sorry i'm using the newest version of medaportal and tv server. just done a clean install on a fresh install of xp. i'm using a compro e600 which shows up fine in the config and the radio works so i dont think it's the card.
