TV Server fails to start (1 Viewer)

This is a further to a install problem encountered with MySQL posted here:-

The TV Server initially worked OK, played TV and everything but following a reboot it failed to start with the error in the attached log. The problem is fully reproducible, if I do a clean install of MP I can configure and use the TV Server up untill I reboot or shutdown/boot the PC then I get the problem. Disabling the Windows firewall and virus scanner had no effect.

Open port 31456 in the TV Server machines firewall and see if that helps:

Thanks for your response. I gave that a try but there was no change.
I have had a further support response and request for more logs on the original thread so rather than double up the issue here can I put this thread on hold.
Please, if appropriate, feel free to contribute to the original thread, see link on OP.
