Yes. What I meant above is that it looks like the Sky BO channels have *not* been combined... unless it is done silently by post processing somewhere. Keep in mind that you have two "tools" available to you: 1. Import/export. 2. Switch databases at any time. (1) is hopefully self explanatory. Export channels; delete channels in configuration; new scan. (2) means you can keep a "production" DB intact while doing experiments. If you run TV Server configuration (SetupTv.exe) with the /configure-db command line switch (ie. right click on shortcut, select properties, enter /configure-db after the ...\SetupTv.exe", click OK ... or use a terminal AKA command line), it will start TV Server with the DB connection dialog. If you enter a new DB name in there, a fresh DB will be created. The old one still remains intact. You can switch back to the old database ("MpTvDb") by configuring the database name in the "DefaultProvider" tag in the gentle.config file found in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server. The gentle.config file can be edited in any text editor. Note: do not use the /configure-db option to switch back to the old DB. If you /configure-db with the old database name, the old DB will be wiped.
