    Okay. :)
...and you know that the CAM works okay with Sky and DD CI slots?
Sometimes the CAM will block the stream like that when the smart card is not activated, CAM firmware is not loaded, or the CAM is not compatible with the CI slot.

[edit: So to be clear, you could try and see if removing the CAM makes any difference.]

    Yes, I do.

The CAM worked okay in a Win 7 single seat that I was using before setting up this WSE 2012 installation.
The card is activated, it works in the original Sky receiver.
The DD config tool can open the CAM menu on WSE 2012 and read the smart card.

I will pull the CAM to see if this makes any difference.

    Update:

Pulled the CAM (Server was in standby) and then searched with DD-TV (= DVBViewer) while TVServer was stopped: No PMT.

Clearly a DD driver issue on my System. However, no clue where to search.

    Well I'm officially stumped.
Do the system event logs show anything? I think DD writes tuner logs there...
You might have to raise this with DD...

    That makes two of us.

Not sure, I didn't check them this morning - had to go to work
I now believe that the "No PMT" issues that I had with the first install had nothing to do with BDA drivers, MePo or Windows 2012 but were more likely due to the same driver issue that I am experiencing now. Ah, only some 20 work hours lost for nothing.

I will open a ticket with DD.

I exchanged several emails with DD's (fantastic (y)) technical Support:. Problem solved :D:D:D

It wasn't a software issue, it was the flat ribbon cable that connects the Cine S2 and the CI.

Hmmm, interesting. The problem always did have a hardware "smell".
Glad to hear that you found the problem. :)
