TV Server Plugin: TvWishList (13 Viewers)

I've been looking into what is available as skin properties that can be passed to tvwish. Here's what I've got for tv guide:

TITLE= #TV.Guide.Title
CHANNEL= there is nothing exposed to the skin for this, I was surprised and looked through MP source and skins
EPISODEPART= nothing available doesn't seem to be used
EPISODENAME= #TV.Guide.Episode
SERIESNUMBER= #TV.Guide.Episode
EPISODENUMBER= #TV.Guide.Episode

Ok so #TV.Guide.Episode has a format like this: SERIES.EPISODE/TOTALEPISODES eg. 2.3/12 and a string like this is all that can be used.
I would suggest keeping the parameters you have set and adding a new one to handle tv guides format.

The most useful thing to be able to do from tv guide is create a wish for recording a particular season. Sounds like you have a plan to make use of this data and give the user various options.

This had me thinking, it might be useful when editing a wish in tvwishlist to be able to set a SERIESNUMBER or EPISODENUMBER to handle multiple series/episodes.

EG: setting, result

5 .... record series/episode 5
5,6,8,10 .... record series/episoides 5,6,8,10
5+ .... record series/episoides 5 and above
5-10 .... record series/episodes 5 to 10

look at the screen the yellow highlighted version is the news one that i have installed with an mpei. In the mpei installer was an second version, the older one... But i have installed the 1.2.7.0

Sorry, but I have some duplicates again!
I have 2 schedules created using blank epg data on 18/06. The schedules are Title = How I Met Your Mother, Start=05/07/2012 02:40:00 and Start=05/07/2012 03:40:00.
On 21/07 the epg data is filled in. As you mentioned before, both the time and the title/numbers change at the same time.
Both of these schedules now relate to Title = How I Met Your Mother, SeriesNum = 6, EpisodeNum = 10, EpisodeName = Blitzgiving
This episode has already been recorded, so both should be deleted. However both are re-scheduled using the new data.
I hope this is enough information.

I believe the issue is that you had before the installation an existing folder

All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal

in addition to All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal

The plugin is searching first for All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal (Win7, vista) and second for
All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\TvWishList (xp)

If you can delete the folder All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal i expect it should work.

I have now PureVisionHD, LCARS and Default ready and did update the installer.
I will enable the format SERIES.EPISODE/TOTALEPISODES eg. 2.3/12 for the installer,

huha, i've got some screens + Server log for ya (which doesn't show anything strange...)
I just checked the settings for both 'De politie op je hielen!' and 'Surf Rescue'. They are almost identical, except for the 'after time' & 'before time'. As you can see on the 'View Results' page, all recordings are planned @ 19:00 hours (which is the time i've set as 'after time' in the schedule) but the same goes for Surf Rescue, and those recordings are going very well.



** EDIT **
Just deleted the old schedule and wanted to create a new 1 and noticed 1 more difference between 'De politie op je hielen!' and 'Surf Rescue'. Surf Rescue has the 'use folder' option set to 'none'.
New schedule created, seems to pick the right times for now, so let's wait and see.

Attached the latest test version with the installer for the new "Pog" button.
At this time i am freezing all new features for the next release and want to focus on bugs only.

That button you press to get developers to add new features

You can now create a new tv wish from the tv guide, highlight a show and press the info context menu, there should be a button "Tv Wish" press it and a new wish dialog will open with the show details added. Will also work for schedules,recordings,movies,tv series, videos.
