Hi dadeo,
thanks for your hint - i will follow up more. is there a place where all the language strings are posted so that conflicts between different plugins accessing the same string are avoided?
My installer will backup dialogmenu.xml and restore if you uninstall with my installer.

foxbenw, thanks! I will look into that next.

For MP strings, the string-en.xml is the basic list of all strings and IDs, and we try and keep track of what changes devs add so they don't use the same string IDs. But I'm not sure that's what you meant. I don't think there is a list of all strings used by Plugins, and normally I don't think there could be conflicts because you wouldn't have the same window trying to access the string. But you are already way over my head huha ;) and I don't feel I am the best person to ask as a plugin or Team dev would probably know much better!

Import/export does not work on network clients (working fine on server).

Initiating a wish from Moving Pictures is causing a problem. Select a movie and create a wish, this will open TvWishList with the option dialog, after selecting a wish option another dialog opens that belongs to Moving Pictures. Not seen this before and does not happen anywhere else. Perhaps just remove TvWish button from Movies?

I still have a problem with manual schedules created in View Only mode been removed when rerunning EPG search. I tried changing settings to see if I could find my problem but no luck.

    Jiro, homeY,
I did attach now a reconnect of up to three times if the connection gets distorted. I did more debugging but could never reproduce your issue with a multiseat configuration.

After install i never had the problem again.

I did look into my recording issue and found the culprit. On my TV Server i've got the EPG checkbox for 'Always update existing entries' & 'always try to fill holes' checked. When i just resumed the HTPC from standby the recording was still scheduled. About 30 mins later i noticed the EPG was updated and the start time of the scheduled recording was moved from 19:00 to 19:20. This is probably why it started recording the program before the schedule.

Since TvWishList can only check the EPG once a day, i have no idea how to tackle this problem. How about a button to check EPG on resume? Or have an option to check the EPG every xx hours/minutes a day?

    foxbenw,
I believe i got it. Please try the attached version. To keep every log file with a date please create the following dummy file:
    C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TvWishList\SplitLog.txt
It would be great if you could try over the next two days as i am just before releasing the next version.

    Pog,
on the import/export I have a guess. I probably broke it with the named pipes.
I removed Moving Pictures from the magic "Pog" button, please review in the attached version.
The manual schedules I will try again. Please provide a log file of the Tvserver and the MP plugin (TvWishlist.log)

    HomeY,
the EPG search after standby/resume should fix the problem. I put it on the list for future new features.

Nice! Curious if this is gonna work or if the new recording is gonna show up as 'already scheduled', but we'll see that then :)

    ** EDIT **
Thinking a bit more about this... I've got a dedicated TV Server running 24/7, so will this work on a multi-seat setup or only on a single-seat setup?

HomeY , it is not implemented yet. i just put it on the list for future items to develop. It needs to put on the tv server, so client server installation should be fine.

I know, was just thinking ahead about a good solution. ;) But let's take it step by step. So far you're doing a great job!

    Pog,
Import/Export should now work in all configurations. Can you test multiseat?

Here's some logs for my View Only problem.

Logs from TV and MP, also included my settings. While doing this I noticed that some errors were been thrown in tv servers main error.log (included), they seem to relate to shows that are been handled by MP's scheduler.

For the logs from TvWishList this is what I did: went to View Only, ran EPG search, view results, pick film "raiders of the lost ark" and select manual schedule, goto TV Schedules and confirm show is there, back to View Only and run EPG search again, back to TV Schedules and show is gone.

I'll test that other stuff for you and get back later.
