TV server + web streams (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: Latest
MediaPortal Skin: Blue 2
Windows Version: XP SP2
CPU Type: 1.7 Ghz for media portal, 2.8 + for TV Server
HDD: 10 Gb for MP, 500 for TVS
Memory: 540
1. TV Card: None

On TV server, I would like to manage Web TVs, since I do not have a TV card.

So, I installed TV server, and configured it with a TV web flow. I get : Preview Failed : No TuningDetails
... Of course it is a Web channel !

So :
Is TV Server handeling Web TVs, or is it in the scope of future evolutions
If it can work, how can I configure It ?
Is there a VLC plugin for TV server ?

In a near future, All TVs will probably be webFlows ... And TV cards may disapear. I think as time goes on, more and more people will access TV by TCP/IP. You must have thought about this ...
