TV Server won't tune (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2
Windows Version: XPSP2
CPU Type: Athlon64 3000+
Memory: 1Gb
Video Card: FX5200
1. TV Card: Nebula DigiTV PCI BDA
2. TV Card: Nebula DigiTV USB BDA

When I try to scan channels in the TV server, no channels are found.

HOWEVER, if I add the cards into Mediaportal the old way, then scanning works fine.

I'm using the latest SVN build that I just downloaded and installed, I was previously using 0.2.1 which I uninstalled before installing.

Where do I start to troubleshoot and solve the problem? (I know it used to work in 0.2.1).

Is the Nebula for analog or digital TV signal? Several people are having problems tuning with analog TV, I am having that problem with my Theater 550 PRO and I hear of other problems with nVidia cards also.

The Nebula is a DVB-T card using BDA driver, its not analogue.

I have 2 Nebula pci cards working with TV Server so it is possible.

Have you followed all the steps in the wiki to setup TVServer?

Anyone else have any suggestions as to where I can even START to diagnose the problem?
