TV-Service crashes after being idle for some time (1 Viewer)

topic says all i know about the problem so far. Doesnt matter if a client was connected before or not, TV-Service fails after being idle for some time.
Sadly theres nothing in the TV-Server logs, the only error msg i could get was a windows one.

The version i am using includes

12/03/2007 [19:16h] _Frodo_ added: some nasty exceptions in tswriter.ax

since the following

13/03/2007 [12:30h] _Frodo_ added: skipping when timeshifting file rolls over (needs update of mp and tvserver and plugin)

was added later and is fixed.

This problem could be related to the one I have. -> https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/tvservice_exe_terminated-t20658.html

The same DVB tuner and the same BDA driver so it could be a crapy TT driver causing this
