TV service.exe error (1 Viewer)

I can get into the config window for the TV server.

The tv service is starten (checked under windows services) but isn't detected because i get the message tv service.exe isn't running, start now? And if i click yes then i et the message starting tv service failed.
Then the config windows opens, but on every option I click I get the message that TV Service isn't running.

What have I done wrong...or what can I do to solve this problem.

You will need to attach logs for the experts to help you.

Try killing the TVServer.exe process from Task manager. Then restart. Maybe something is hanging...
